We are pleased to receive the Gold Icon Award at DIA 2022. The award was conferred by the Hon’ble President of India Smt. Draupadi Murmu in the presence of the Hon’ble Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications Ashwini Vaishnaw ITE&C Department and Agriculture Depatment along with Krishitantra have built a completely automated portable soil testing solution named Krishi RASTAA- Rapid Automated Soil Testing with Agronomy Advisory. Krishi RASTAA provides soil reports to farmers in 30 minutes and issues advisories to farmers on the optimum use of fertilizers and micronutrients. These reports and advisories are made available in 3 languages – Telugu, English and Hindi. This project was executed by Krishitantra under the guidance and mentorship of ICAR IIRR. The soil advisory analysis done under this project facilitates efficient use of farming inputs thus increasing production and income while lowering soil degradation. It helps the farmers to reduce input use by helping with the right quantity of nutrients. This ultimately decreases water consumption, unnecessary fertilizer use, soil degradation and water contamination. 🌟 1M1B Announces Selection of Five Young Innovators from Telangana for Global 🌍 Stage 🌟 📢 We are thrilled to announce that five young innovators from Telangana’s 1M1B #GreenSkills Academy have been selected to attend the prestigious 8th annual 1M1B Activate Impact Summit at the United Nations Headquarters in New York this December 🎉 🌿 During the Grand Finale of the Green Skills Academy - Leveraging AI held at T-Hub in Hyderabad, these talented individuals were chosen after undergoing a rigorous five-month program of intensive leadership training and problem-solving exercises. Emerging from a highly competitive pool of 200 finalists across Medchal, Medak, Adilabad, and Nizamabad, these young innovators demonstrate how the United Nations SDGs can be localized, creating indigenous solutions towards the fulfillment of the #SDGs by 2030. It was attended by the teams from Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. (JDTCI), Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation Ltd, IFFCO Group, The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Limited, Akshaya Agri Equipment & Services Pvt. Ltd., Ninjacart and Samunnati.
