Thank you for granting our birthday wishes 🎂 🎉 It was our 20th Birthday Party last night and what an amazing night it was!! Over 250 guests joined us at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel for an inspiring celebration of our impact in the local community over the past two decades. After keynote speeches from donald choi and Olivia Wong (She/Her/Hers), we said a heartfelt thank you to one of our founding board members Darwin Chen as he steps down from our board of directors and moves into an advisory role. More than 20 years ago, Darwin had a vision and thanks to his determination and innate ability to bring others along with him in the pursuit of doing good in the world, Habitat Hong Kong was born! Our CEO Jo Hayes (She/Her) took to the stage (wearing fairy lights of course!) and was joined by some of our home partners, who shared heartwarming stories about how our work has impacted their lives. She invited new board member Thomas Huang [He/Him] on stage and highlighted the need to improve living conditions for those most vulnerable and how Habitat is addressing this need. A huge thank you to all our guests who generously donated during our live pledge, as well as bidding on exciting auction items and buying lucky draw tickets! We are still totaling up all the donations, more on this later...   Finally, our face paints and neon accessories were able to shine on the dancefloor with Crimes Against Pop DJs Paul Haswell and Carolyn Wright who busted out some moves on the stage with us! (TTI). During his tenure at Milwaukee®, Richman led a group of exceptional leaders and a talented team that created a culture responsible for transforming the company into the global leader it is today. Under his leadership, Milwaukee Tool has achieved unprecedented heights over the past decade, with double-digit annual revenue growth and a workforce now exceeding 21,000 talented individuals worldwide. Richman’s promotion follows the retirement of Joe Galli, Jr. During his 18 years of visionary leadership at TTI, Galli played a pivotal role in shaping the company into a global leader in professional and consumer power tools.
