Nestled in the hills only 25 minutes outside of Park City, our Distillery offers tours of our state-of-the-art distillery, a General Store, Restaurant, and is available for your wedding ceremony, rehearsal dinner, or wedding reception.

Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town, Park City, the Saloon offers a General Store, Restaurant, and is the perfect event space for a unique experience for your wedding reception or rehearsal dinner.
THE NELSON COTTAGE
Enjoy an ever-changing prix-fixe menu dinner with optional whiskey pairings or reserve the Cottage for your special events including wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings, celebrations and more!
TOUR THE DISTILLERY
Wednesday - Sunday 10:30am - 3:00pm MT.
Join us for a tour of our state-of-the-art distillery with one of our expert whiskey ambassadors – you’ll learn about Utah’s unique whiskey heritage, leading up to the founding of High West, then we'll walk you through our distilling & blending process before finishing up in our tasting room where you’ll get to sample a selection of our award-winning whiskey.
Distillery tour + tasting generally lasts 1hr 15mins
Our tours leave promptly, so please allow for an additional 15 minutes of travel time as we do ask guests to take our shuttle form the lower parking area.
Reservations are strongly recommended, as tours book up fast & walk-in availability is generally very limited.
