The Nelson Cottage by High West offers a prix-fixe menu curated by our Executive Chef Michael Showers and The Nelson Cottage Culinary Team. Dinner is served with optional whiskey pairings—our cottage Whiskey Ambassadors will begin each meal with a quick lesson on whiskey tastings, pairing whiskey with food, and the history of whiskey in Park City! You’ll also find our unique seasonal craft cocktail list along with elevated wines available by the glass or bottle and a small selection of craft beer. As our weekly Chef’s menu is fixed, please contact us in advance if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. We will do our best to accommodate.
Our space is limited! Reservations are released 30days in advance and a credit card is required when booking a table at the Cottage. No-shows and reservations that are changed or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee per person.

Located only two doors up from our Saloon, The Nelson Cottage offers an intimate and relaxed setting to host your wedding reception, corporate gathering, family reunion, and other special events! Book your event now with a Whiskey Ambassador to guide guests through whiskey pairings and elevate the Cottage experience. Enjoy the privacy of the Nelson Cottage’s warm and welcome atmosphere all while being in the heart of downtown Park City.
The Nelson Cottage can comfortably seat 40 guests for a plated style event and indoor buffet reception for up to 50 guests.
With the use of our outdoor patio, we can accommodate up to 65 guests for a buffet/reception style event, weather depending.
