I'm pretty sure this works so I'm going to go ahead and merge. I need to make a release because there's now a signature verification error that only happens in the python2/twisted codebase. But please re-open #323 if this doesn't resolve it for you. |

It also adds several more languages that Tor Browser can be downloaded in.
@intrigeri this appeared to work for me, but do you mind testing this with your system language set to French and confirm it fixes the issue?
