The apartment was very comfortable for 2 couples. We enjoyed the great location near the water and easy access to the sights of the city. Lluis-Nuria was a great host; he was very responsive and helpful.

FANTASTIC BARCELONA APARTMENT
This is a fantastic apartment in a great location.
Door entry systems are easy to operate, flat is spacious, well stocked kitchen, beds are comfortable, and the views from 5 stores up are great.
The owner Lluis is a really really nice man, who answers questions quickly through Tripadvisor or what's app, and is easy to contact by phone should any assistance be required, like changing a battery in a door lock which was completed within a matter of minutes. He is really friendly and helpful and the owner of a truly fantastic apartment.
The flat was absolutely spotless and had been thoroughly cleaned by a fantastic, polite, and exceptionally helpful cleaner. Marina ( cleaner ) even took time out from her cleaning to a;;ow us to drop our bags hours before we were to check in, and even explained how door entry and everything connected with the apartment worked, rather than us having to find out ourselves.
WE WILL go back to this apartment again for certain.
Looking for space and comfort in a great part of Barcelona, well you've now found it.
Money well spent and enjoyed.

The location of this 3 bedroom apartment is excellent & so are the facilities. There are three bedrooms one of which has twin beds, 1 bathroom with bath/shower & 1 shower room. Living Room & Fully Fitted Kitchen. There were 6 adults & we were perfectly comfortable. Brilliant communication from Lluis, smooth arrival & departure. Close to La Rambla within a 5-10 minute walk, 20-25 minute walk to Port Vell & Gothic Quarter. Very affordable alternative compared to staying in a hotel. Easy transport from Airport. Overlooks port so see arrival & departure of many cruise ships & cable car.

Perfect base for city
We arrived @ 9PM on St. Patrick’s day. From the moment we arrived until we left 3days later everything was ideal.
Our host met us at the main door of the building and escorted us upstairs.
The apartment is clean and tidy and fully equipped with everything you could need for a city break.
In terms of location, it is fabulous. 5 minutes from the port end of La Rambla, coffee shops, supermarkets and more all on the same block as the apartment. Close to port, marina, aquarium and minutes from bus stop for city open top tour which is a great way to see everything.
We could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend for a family, group of 4/5 singles or up to 4 couples.

Fantastic Apartment in ideal location
The apartment was very comfortable. Four of us stopped for three nights but there is room for a few more. Having two shower/bathrooms is very handy. As it’s January it was quite cook outside but the apartment heats very quickly when heating is turned on. Being located close to two Metro stations it makes getting around the city easy. It had been a wonderful weekend away made much nicer due to the lovely apartment.

An amazing apartment in a great location.
I recently stayed in this apartment with 7 friends. It was perfect. Ideal location and had everything we needed. Lidl store very close by for supplies too. Although only 3 bedrooms for 8 of us the sofa bed was great and very comfortable. It was also easy to put out and away so had plenty of space during the day. 2 bathrooms was a god send too.
Would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay in Barcelona.

PERFECT LOCATION
This Apartment has everything you need for a stay, close to everywhere,walking distance to eat,shop and explore. The location is GREAT. My family enjoyed every single day on our vacay in Barcelona, beautiful. Can't missed La Rambla,La Boqueria Market and La Plaza De Catalunya. Take the tour on the" Hop On and Hop Off Tour Bus for two days.

Perfect location and a very helpful and pleasant owner.
The location was very central, with Las Ramblas, the marina and the beach all within walking distance. It was very easy to hail a taxi for a short ride to Montjuic (we walked back) and for the airport. A small shop and a cafe a few doors away was very convenient. Although we could hear the traffic, we soon got used to the sound and so worth it for being able to have a night out within walking distance of the apartment. We only stayed for 3 nights but was able to do so much; Montjuic castle, marina, beach, cable car, sightseeing tour around Barcelona, coach to Montserrat Monastery, Gothic quarter, La Sagrada Familia, and much walking around the wonderful city.
Luis, our host was wonderful. He allowed us to enter the property early and to stay all day on the final day, as we had an evening flight home, which meant we could explore without taking our luggage with us. Really made all the difference to our short break.
We also had a wheelchair user in our party, although she was able to walk for short distances. The apartment had a lift and we found Barcelona to be quite wheelchair friendly.

Great location
Location is perfect and local shops literally next door. Two bathrooms worked for 7 ladies and enough room for everyone to sleep and hang out. 3 balconies too :) Las Ramblas was a 3 minute walk and a 10 minute cab journey to the clubs. Thank you Luis you were very accommodating
