Fantastic outdoor spaces
This apartment really delivered an amazing experience for us. The accommodation itself is spacious and well equipped, however the outdoor space makes this an amazing place to stay (especially in lockdown).

Tolles Appartement
Tolle Wohnung, im 8 Stock, in einem Gebäude mit Aufzug.
Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Dachterrassen mit einer tollen Aussicht.
Man kann hier, was wir auch ��fters gemacht haben wunderbar sitzen und entspannen.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich leicht erreichen.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist ca. 600 m entfernt.
Der nächste Supermarkt ca. 400m.
Die Übergabe ist einfach, vor Ort, und sehr freundlich.
Bei Fragen oder Problemen wird sofort geholfen.
Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und werden, wenn die Wohnung dann frei ist, bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Barcelona wieder hier übernachten.

Spacious, great view...no hot tub!
One disappointment was we thought there was a hot tub on the balcony/terrace...wrong! The bath inside has a bubble/jet option but we couldn't get water hot enough to run a bath. So just in case you assumed like we did there's a hot tub outside there isn't! Showers were lovely and hot.
Other than that the apartment was clean, spacious and the views from two terrace's are lovely. The welcome drinks and nibbles were a nice touch.
The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate the city from, being close to tourist areas, buses etc.
There were four of us and with two bathrooms and nice lounge to be in, we were very happy. Kitchen is well stocked so we cooked in too. I would highly recommend this flat for a long weekend/weeks break in Barcelona.
Also it was very quiet and dark at night so we slept well.

Wonderful
The four of us stayed in the building with the elevator so is really not a penthouse. Excellent view of Sangrada Familia church and park. A very vibrant neighborhood with good restaurants. Very close to Metro station. Very good management staff and good follow up. We had arranged a pick up at the airport and the driver was prompt and helpful. We would stay again if returning to Barcelona.

Fantastic apartment in Barcelona
This apartment is very special with 2 balconies and plenty of space, lots of natural light and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by Minda when we arrived and made to feel very welcome. We had breakfast and pre-dinner drinks on the large balcony every day and had dinner at the dining table every evening. The nearby supermarket is excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. The walk to Plaça d'Espanya and bus stops on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes took us quite some time and was a bit difficult for my husband - but worth the effort for this accommodation which we absolutely loved.

Dont just Look Book
Stayed at this apartment for three nights, owners quick to respond to E mails. Apartment as per photo's. (Don't worry if no answers the door bell) we were told to ring door bell and one of three ladies would answer - no answer! then phoned telephone number on instruction sheet and five minutes later a very pleasant lady arrived to let us in, perhaps this could be explained to future guests. After showing us around payment and deposit taken on mobile card reader. Apartment 20 minutes walk from Placa Espanya (magic fountain) and all trains and buses etc. Small supermarkets near by. A pleasant stay.

I could move in and make this my home
The location is a real neighborhood. Full range of eating spots with coffee shops, tapas bars and dinner venues. For eating in there were numerous shops, greengrocers and super markets that provided local food. Metro was near and easy to use.
The apartment was fully outfitted and comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Simply superb attic apartment
Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. It is perfect for a couple on a city break, with spacious living areas and bedroom. The two terraces are ideal for relaxing in the Barcelona sunshine, and there are many lovely touches - such as the tablet for internet browsing, Nespresso machine and UK plug adaptor - which were hugely appreciated. The location is ideal if you want to relax but also see the sights of Barcelona - it's a nice 30-40 minute walk from both Las Ramblas and the Camp Nou, which was no problem for us and we only really took public transport to get to further away sights such as Park Guell. Highly recommended and we would definitely visit again!

Wonderful Penthouse and fab location.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property, it was welcoming clean and like a home from home, it was in a good location to easily get about and see all the sites that Barcelona has to offer, we would definitely recommend it.
