Really cracking place, good value for up to 10 people (though this would have been a squeeze; we had 5 and this was spacious for us) and so close to the action of Ramblas.
Old style apparment, decorative ceilings and huge shuttered windows give the classic style you think of. This place was essentially 3 DBL bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 SGL bedroom. Plus sofa beds.
Master bedroom was excellent, with en-suite. The shower room was small, and also had a broken screen so was out of action from day 2, but once fixed this would be adequate. Kitchen area has entertaining space, as does the dining/living space - so lots of space to eat and chill. But you're here for the sights, and this is a short walk to Ramblas, gothic and even the beach if you feel like a longer walk. The Metro means EVERYTHING in Barca is within easy reach, so it's just really a preference. Do you pay the extra (like we did) for a bit more comfort and position, or spend less and travel more for sights.
I'd give the place an 8 out of 10; not higher, because of the shower room size, and the lack of a good view at the window.

Excelente ubicación. Muy cerca de plaza Catalunya, a metros. También del espectacular Paseo de Gracia, de las Ramblas, bares, tiendas, restaurantes. Cerca del Barrio Gótico y del Born (8 cuadras). El departamento muy buena calidad, señorial, espacioso y muy bien equipado. Recomendable totalmente.

Excelente ubicacion, equipamiento y limpieza
Fue una grata sorpresa lo espacioso, detalladamente limpio y agradable del departamento. Totalmente equipado y una ubicacion cerca de todo y en un barrio muy bonito. La vista de los balcones es muy linda.

This apartment was perfectly situated for all we planned to do. There were 2 Metro stops within a short walk. Shops and restaurants were on every corner. Convenience stores with sundries for anything one might have forgotten to bring. And the VIEW was awesome!! I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Great Location
We were a family of 6 adults from ages 21 to 80. Check in/out was easy. Everything you need is here. The a/c works great.
This Flat is located by everything from attractions,great restaurants, great bars (bobby frees is amazing,go there) There are taxi on every corner so don’t use transportation companies like Sun transfers. (This is the worst company as there office staff is horrible. We ordered a minibus and they sent us 2 mini cars that my luggage was bigger than) Back to my flat, Shopping is 2 blocks away or cross the plaza to las Rambla. Gothic quarter is a short walk too. My family loved this place.
My only issue was, there was 2 fans that we wanted to use to dry clothes on the rack but they didn’t work. We didn’t contact Dani in all fairness but because of our busy schedule to see all Barcelona had to offer in 3 days. We all would definitely return and that was a unanimous vote by all.

Excelente departamento, amplio, equipado y bien ubicado.
Un departamento muy bien equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Fuimos en invierno y la calefacción es excelente.
Otro punto a destacar es la ubicación, está cerca de la Plaza Catalunia, se puede llegar desde el aeropuerto en Bus. Además se puede recorrer toda la zona del Barrio Gótico, Boquería etc. Para los lugares más lejos se tiene el metro a 2 cuadras.
Todo fue excelente.

Perfect apartment
This is a superb apartment in a central location. There were 7 of us and the apartment was perfect for our stay in Barcelona. I used ear plugs after the first night as the road outside does stay busy but the beds were comfortable so I slept well. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Super location
Apartment is very well located, especially when you discover many buses stop here! Perfect welcome upon arrival.
Morning sun on the church dome is a beautiful sight! Street below can be a bit noisy, but it is the city!!
Would highly recommend!!!

Location, location, LOCATION!
It would be hard to find a better location to explore Barcelona.
About a 25 minute taxi ride (maybe not during rush hour) from the airport, and walkable to many of the top tourist attractions. Check in and check out were a breeze, and Dani at SweetDreamsBarcelona was readily available with a very quick response time anytime we had questions.
The apartment was very clean, and the building well kept and very secure. We were provided with 3 sets of keys, which was perfect. There is an elevator, although you have to walk up about 8 steps to get to it. People with strollers (like us) leave them in the locked foyer that leads to the street.
The larger of the two bathrooms is en-suite inside one of the bedrooms, which sometimes required a bit of planning in the morning. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. A drying rack is provided, but it can take a while for towels and jeans to dry.
When the windows are open, the noise level from the street can be high, especially on weekends. There are two bedrooms that face the street. With the windows closed (there is Air Con), sleeping wasn't a problem.
A small grocery store about a block away, and a very large one in the basement of Corte Inglés in the Plaça de Catalunya, a few blocks away.
Excellent restaurants in the area, including our favourite, Casa Carmen and the tapas chain, Txapela, also in the Plaça de Catalunya.
I would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Barcelona.

Spacious perfectly located private apartment
This place is as advertised. We had someone meet us at the apartment when we arrived. She showed us around and gave us the keys and we enjoyed our week. There was a welcome package with dishsoap and garbage bags. Towels were provided. Only bad luck was a plumbing leak causing water to pool in the bathroom.
We notified the owner who said they would address it. Other than that I would have given 5 stars and would stay there again. The location is perfect and it's walkable to many attractions, grocery stores, restaurants etc. It is a quiet apartment so great for sleep at the end of a busy day.
