Estuve el verano pasado y me trataron muy bien .Está ubicada a 1 minuto de Paseo de Gracia, el mejor Barrio de Barcelona! El personal muy simpático. Las habitaciones a mi me parecieron muy correctas con mucha luz .

soy un residente de la residencia y esto indignado tanto por la calidad de la residencia en cuanto al precio que se paga.
LEEEEED EL CONTRATO ANTES DE FIRMAR PENSADLO BIEN ANTES DE ENTRAR, No hagáis ningún pago por adelantado.
Estamos a noviembre y me quiero ir de la residencia pero no puedo estoy DISPUESTO A PERDER LA FIANZA Q SON 1000€ pero es inaceptable q tenga q pagar 2500€ como suplemento y para dos meses a 1400€, 'ME SALDRÍA 6000€ PARA IRME ( me sale más barato irme a otro sitio y seguir pagando la cuota mensual)
En primer lugar, estoy en una habitación doble q no tiene más de 7 metros cuadrados y es un agobio tener q compartir la habitación en un espacio tan pequeño. Todos los muebles de la habitación son de IKEA de calidad pésima, y adivina que no tiene baño ni ducha ni cocina pero el precio son 595 euros más 4 euros de "fotocopia" q Te lo cobran por la cara y a eso se le tiene q sumar el 10 por ciento q en ningún momento se habla de precio con IVA q son 654 en total. Con ese precio en cualquier residencia se podría estar súper bien.
Sobre la limpieza, la habitación está lleno de polvo en los rincones ya q contratan a trabajadoras explotadas q tiene q limpiar tropecientas habitaciones en un día.
La sala de estudios no está nada aislada acústicamente.ES IMPOSIBLE CONCENTRARSE CON EL RUIDO QUE HAY.hay tres salas una al lado de La Oficina q esta todo el día hablando la encargada, otra al lado de la habitación que ponen música.
Repecto a la comida, q gracias q no lo haya contratado, es recalentada lo traen de otra empresa si podéis comed en el comedor de la universidad sale más barato y está a años luz de la comida.
Luego La Cocina es un agobio ya q solo hay una y TODO EL MUNDO COCINA A LA HORA DE COMIDAS. Y claro solo hay una cocina. Tengo q decir q aunque no es lo común he visto cuatro veces una cucaracha muerta tanto por La Cocina como por el pasillo
No hay sala de ocio, en vez de invertir en la mejora de la residencia se dedican a hacer más y más habitaciones.
En conclusión, esto es una estafa con mayúsculas, es de las pocas veces que tanta rabia me da q tengo q escribir un comentario negativo y es q creeme no me pongo a criticar por que me aburra y quiera blasfemiar a mi propia residencia es q esto es una explotación tanto de los trabajadores como de los residentes y los consumidores.
POR FAVOR NO VENGAIS.

Do not pay these guys in advance until you've received the terms of conditions verbally and in writing. From the beginning Residencia RUSC seemed very dodgy. They charged me €902 to stay for 1 month with taxes and a €50 registration fee included. Compared to their monthly fee of €625 advertised online. They asked for a copies of my ID, a form, my payment and my payment receipt (provided by online banking). They were very prompt to respond to get your money. As soon as I asked for a receipt and a booking confirmation they didn't provide one. I sent 4 emails asking for it. I had to get my friend who lives in Barcelona to call them about it, she called twice. It took Residencia RUSC over a week to let me know that they had received payment. I then had to continue to ask twice for a receipt and told them it was for visa purposes. They finally sent one but it had no booking confirmation details or the address of the place, it was was just an invoice for the amount paid.
Don't trust Residencia RUSC, don't book with these guys. The place isn't like the pictures either and the students there also have a tendency of trashing rooms and their own beds, that was only my first night there. You don't get a good sleep at this place, the walls are paper thin and you can hear the shouting and carrying on that goes on in the common areas and hallways. The toilets and showers are pretty old and rusty, you can see skid marks in the toilet bowls. There's no hand soap to wash your hands. The room is small and really hot as there's no ventilation because there are no windows you can actually open. Terrible experience!
I booked a month stay at Residencia Rusc but had to leave the following day because a family emergency, I flew back home. I explained the situation to the receptionist and also asked about the process of getting my money back with one of the ladies who works there. She advised that I would have to email Maria (the manager). I emailed and sent a text message regarding the situation and wasn't really given much of a response. I followed up twice until I was finally asked to send a copy of my itinerary and my airline boarding passes. I sent all the information requested and was told that my itinerary didn't appear as a last minute change and that the boarding passes weren't suffice either. Maria [--] the administrator wanted to contact my airline to verify my information, this is an absolute invasion of privacy. Basically they don't want to refund $1300AUD for 30 days which I didn't stay for because of unfortunate circumstances. I was told that they are not a hotel and cancellation policy doesn't apply. What the? This was the first time I heard of cancellation terms. It was never mentioned verbally or in writing.
Once at the residence I was also told the room was high in demand and if I wanted to stay longer I had to tell Maria [--] in 10 days. Once I was given the tour I was then told I had to let them know in a week. Lol. Now I'm being told that they can't refund the amount I paid for in advance for 30 days because they can't find someone to fill the room. This is pretty contradicting information.
