This is a paid internship.
Start date: preferably in June. Minimum 6 month contract to a year.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager Western Europe, you will be responsible for developing trade and marketing plans that optimize sell out from retail stores and websites for all Marshall products. The role works closely with our Sales team to develop and execute marketing plans and is in direct engagement with key stakeholders from our retailers. You will be the driver of retail sales and marketing cycles, coordinating the planning and execution at regional level with the Marketing Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager Western Europe in implementing and executing the overall global Marketing strategy with regional adaptation
Secure flawless execution online and offline for products and campaigns launches
Work closely with the marketing stakeholders at the retail accounts in order to secure desired presentation of products and brands in-store and online, as well as any advertising from the retailer. Secure compliance with brand guidelines across all execution
Organize and be present in local events such as tradeshows
Follow up the retail staff execution
Voicing the ‘regional’ needs of retail requirements, consumer demands and market trends
Ultimately drive sell out from retail stores and websites of all Marshall products in order to reach set KPI’s with desired ROI
Engage in channel marketing community, share and learn from others in order to make regional execution best in class
Report KPI’s and key insights to Marketing Manager and other stakeholders
You probably have the following experiences & skills:
First significant marketing experience on both strategic and day to day operational level
Excellent level of French and English is required
Experience of working in an international environment is a plus
Strong digital marketing knowledge, related to customer purchase journey
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build a platform for growth
