    Hi LinkedIn world! I’m Kymberly Eckelmann, PMP, CSM, "Kym"! 👋I’m a Program Manager at SPS, directly supporting one of our largest customers. I oversee a team of 4 people who deliver an impressive volume of high-value projects for our customer, providing innovation, value, and continuous improvement. My role allows me to work closely with customers and team members at various levels, travel to cities across North America to visit our amazing operations, and build relationships with our fantastic team members who “make it happen” every day. Most days, you will find me working closely with business development on upcoming initiatives, connecting with project delivery teams, strategizing on continuous improvement opportunities, and being a “project evangelist” to our customers and teams about change initiatives. I thrive in environments with high levels of change and enjoy the challenges each new day brings. But you don’t just land in a job like this out of nowhere. Thanks to the support of many champions within SPS over my 19-year career, I’ve been able to incrementally take on new challenges and roles that have prepared me for where I am today. Because I have been open to change and taking on projects throughout my career, this has allowed me to move into unexpected new opportunities. There is power in raising your hand and saying “yes!” When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, taking walks, riding my bike, giving my dog belly rubs, taking photographs, or volunteering with my church.     Hello, I’m Liem Vo 👋🏼. I have been working at SPS Vietnam for over 7 years and have grown professionally as a Site Manager at Can Tho Branch where I believe that this is the right company to level up my career by offering me the best care and the people here are pleasant to work with. And I am proud to work for SPS that not only cares about its customers, community and most importantly, employees like me. I am thankful for SPS that encourages me to balance my work and spend time with my family. It’s more than a job, it’s a community and a lifestyle, and I want to say I am profoundly grateful for and I often find myself thinking about how lucky I am to work for SPS. Beyond the work, I enjoy listening to audio books to gain my knowledge and doing exercise to improve my physical health. In addition, I like participating in charity activities to help people around me. This is also the great way to teach my kids about helping others and giving back. At SPS Vietnam, Walk for Charity is one of my favorite activities as I can walk and contribute my kilometers which are utilized to support disadvantaged groups. This is a really meaningful event. I strongly believe that a positive workplace experience is very important because it helps to unblock your power of possibility to achieve both your career goal and personal goal.
