Le recrutement de stagiaires et d’apprentis étant quelque chose nous tenant à cœur au sein des Laboratoires Vivacy, nous avons décidé cette année de candidater pour obtenir le Label « Entreprise Apprenante ». Ce Label, créé en 2018, récompense les employeurs qui font le choix de l’alternance sur le territoire Genevois Français. 🎓 Ainsi, nous sommes fiers d’avoir obtenu le Label « Entreprise Apprenante » qui nous été remis jeudi dernier, le 13 juin 2024 au Clos Babuty à Ambilly ! Notre société est en constante progression mais il est important pour nous de rester une entreprise à taille humaine, prônant des valeurs fondamentales telles que le partage, la solidarité ou encore l’esprit d’équipe. A notre sens, le partage s’entend notamment comme la transmission des connaissances de nos collaborateurs. C’est pourquoi, l’embauche de stagiaires et d’apprentis représente un enjeu majeur pour notre entreprise. En effet, l’accompagnement de ces profils est en pleine adéquation avec nos valeurs citées précédemment : c’est une chance pour nous d’avoir les moyens d’accueillir, former et développer nos alternants jusqu’à ce qu’ils deviennent autonomes sur leur poste. Cela représente une véritable fierté de les voir grandir professionnellement tout au long de leur apprentissage. De plus, cela nous permet de former des nouveaux salariés en adaptant leurs compétences à nos besoins pour répondre à nos objectifs de développement. Le nombre de stagiaires et d’alternants intégrant notre structure ne cesse de croître d’années en années et nous ne comptons pas nous arrêter là ! 💪 Un grand merci à l’ensemble de nos stagiaires, apprentis, tuteurs qui, nous l’espérons, s’épanouissent au quotidien dans leur rôle.
