In the recent publication by Journal of Clinical Medicine (JCM) MDPI, the TraumaGuard System was studied alongside other Intra-bladder measurement systems based on their ability to continuously monitor intra-abdominal pressure. Of all the devices studied, the TraumaGuard System appeared to be the best option, having demonstrated a strong performance in terms of accuracy, precision, and correlation to the gold standard. Notably, the TraumaGuard System is the only device that allows for Continuous IAP monitoring even with an empty bladder, due to its unique balloon-in-balloon design.
