    🌈 Fail fast, dream big, find your system. Here are my 6 takeaways for Edenred from #Config2024 🦄 Fail fast and often in order to succeed much more. AI content generation, organization and prototyping unveiled features helps spending more time on what matters the most : crafting and creativity. Iteration is key, first versions are always crap Jesper K. 🌋 Dare mighty things. I truely felt the power of ambition and making when I've learned from stories of Claire Vo, Lane Shackleton. If you have an idea, a dream, simply test it, do it and if it works then dream bigger. 🙌 Embrace intuition. In a world where data and OKR's are inexorable standards, Dylan Field's vision about the power of intuition as an hypothesis generator is a great way to touch on product development. 🤠 Be prepared for a (r)evolution in roles and organisations. In tech, roles are moving between cross-functional teams (XFN, Myriam El harraq, Thomas Vidal) and collapsing roles and Super IC's (Super Individual Contributors, Claire Vo) 💃 Conversation over handoff. I like this idea from Henry Modisett of a more human way of working between designers, developers, product managers where the collaboration is more of a conversation. The integration of DevMode features and Slides (Flides😉 Mihika Kapoor) are a great way to connect the whole XFN teams on a same canevas. 🍱 Design Systems get mature. They moved from UI Kits to fully tech integrated, using tokens and theming to get more flexible and systemic. And semantic approach helps product to get more outcome than output oriented. Nate Baldwin How to embrace those changes in a uncertain world? Probably simply by doing to find the right recipe, the right system for your company, your team or yourself ("The Seinfeld system" Lane Shackleton) We are at the cornerstone of a new era for design and product. AI obviously is a game changer but more importantly creativity and collective intelligence cannot be substituted.     🌍 Yesterday was a special day at Edenred—#IdealDay, our global solidarity initiative! 🤝 Across the globe, our incredible team members have come together to make a difference in their local communities. At our Headquarters, our dedicated employees cooked and prepared surplus and unsold food for delivery to disadvantaged students, in partnership with the amazing association Linkee. We are grateful to KCO Event agency for their support in organizing this impactful event, and a special mention to Le Mazette, the venue where this meaningful activity took place. Ideal Day reflects our commitment to social responsibility and creating a positive impact. Together, we are taking steps to support those in need and create a brighter future for all. Hey there, I am Morgane, I am 32 years old, and I joined Edenred a year ago at the e-Quarter to work with the HR team to support our people! I'm passionate about surfing 🏄️, travelling, and discovering the world's cultures, people, and food 🌎! 🎤 What has been your career path before Edenred? Before joining Edenred, and after earning a first degree from hospitality school, I spent the initial part of my career in the luxury hospitality industry, working as a housekeeper at the Hotel Plaza Athénée and the Ritz. Following a career change, I've been working in human resources for over 8 years on HRBP missions and HR development projects for consulting companies. I'm genuinely passionate about people and helping them to develop their careers. I am delighted to be able to contribute to the career development of Edenred employees! 💯 🎤 What is your main role today? My role as HRBP involves advising and supporting managers and employees on various human resources topics, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, mobilities, performance and talent management. I am also responsible for implementing human resources strategies and policies within Edenred! 🎤 What is your best memory at Edenred? Last year's HR seminar, which took place two weeks after I arrived! It was a memorable onboarding moment where we had the opportunity to take part in a DISC insight workshop, allowing us to get to know each other better as a team. Additionally, it served as a celebration for the HR team 🥳 🎤 What is your favorite movie of all times? Interstellar, so many things to say, it's my favourite movie because of the music, the photography, the reflection on human relationships, time travel and our place in the universe 🪐 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? The people and the international environment! It's really interesting to be able to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds, each bringing different areas of expertise.     Discover the portrait of Laurent Paoli, Innovation Product Manager at Edenred!🔴 🎤 Who are you? My name is Laurent. I live in Paris, a city I love for its many museums and great restaurants. I work at the e-Quarter as an Innovation Product Manager. 🎤 What has been your career path before Edenred? I joined Edenred in July 2023, working with the Mobility Global Product Team. One could say I’m still a new joiner being there less than year, but I already feel part of the group, considering all the people I’ve met and worked with already. 🎤 What is your main role today? Currently, my main role entails supporting product roadmap conception and delivery. Additionally, I provide assistance with product strategy topics for Latin America and Europe. My aim is to discern how Mobility digital products should evolve in the coming months and years, with the goal of providing more value to our Mobility customers. 🎤 What is the song you just can't stop listening to these days? ”Gentle on my mind” from Seasick Steve 🎤 What is your best memory at Edenred? I would say the first PI (Program Increment) Planning I attended in Bucharest in February 2024. PI planning is the time when product, technical and business teams gather to frame the digital solutions delivery plan for the next 3 months. I was pleased and excited to discover the collective emulation and how 100 hundred people with different backgrounds, culture and skills find ways to align their views over two intense days of collaboration. 🎤 What is your favorite moment of the day? Early morning when I start to work at the e-Quarter. There is a nice atmosphere: it’s very silent, the sun starts to enlighten the 8th floor and I always meet the same early birds in the office… It’s peaceful. 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? The people I work with and the complexity of the topics we’re working on. I feel stimulated and motivated trying to solve various problems while being supported or challenged by my colleagues. It’s fun honestly. #Vibewithus

    Discover the portrait of Anne-Françoise MAURY, Executive Assistant to the EVP Finance & the e-Quarter Finance Team at Edenred!🔴 🎤 Who are you? Hi everyone! I am Anne-Françoise and I joined Edenred at the e-Quarter a little bit more than a year ago to assist Julien Tanguy, EVP Finance of the Group. I am French, 51 years old and fully enjoying life in Paris: restaurants, concerts, theater, art exhibitions, you name it.  I love travelling, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures. Above all, I like people, which I guess is a big part of the reason why I chose to be an assistant 🙂 🎤 What has been your career path before Edenred? Before joining Edenred, I was the assistant to the Group Director of HR and Organization at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. I spent 6 fantastic years there evolving in a very international HR community for a CAC 40 company. So let’s say I am familiar with working fast and efficiently in a challenging environment. I look forward to what the future will bring me at Edenred!  🎤 What is your main role today? My main role is to support Julien to the best of my ability so that he can focus on his job. I manage his (very complex) agenda and his travels. I organize events for the Finance Community to help us work better together and get to know each other.  I am the contact point for the Finance Teams here at the e-Quarter and worldwide, as well as for our external partners.  I am also involved in several projects such as the revamp of Be Issy, seminars, etc.  In short, I try to make the lives of my boss and my colleagues easier 😉 🎤 What is the song you just can't stop listening to these days? “Beautiful things” by Benson Boone. It makes me start the day in a very good mood! 🎤 If you were a historical figure, who would you be? Simone Veil, for sure. She is everything I admire in life. She turned the very dark times she faced into a strength. She was the first woman to do so many things and fought for women all her life. Women of my generation owe her so much. 🎤 What makes you vibe at Edenred? The international environment. It’s great to meet people from different backgrounds in the office every day!  My colleagues from the finance teams who have been nothing but friendly and supportive since the day I arrived.  It is also very nice to work in a such successful company. #Vibewithus
