About the Role
Responsible for the Operational activities of the Snacking European Business Unit. Needs to address all topics regarding Logistics, Production, Planning and Purchasing, mainly.
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and stocks: analysis, forecasting and internal control. He/she may also be responsible for reporting to management , as well as compliance with government regulations and managing the Demand Plan Meetings with the different Business Units.
Coordinate, direct and manage all logistics operations including intercompany, export, comakers, returns, special events and standard operations. Responsible of control, reporting and optimizing Service Level with ID logistics.
Responsible for coordinating and directing the purchasing process: negotiate prices, calculate and allocate costs. Manage listing of clients in ARIBA.
Preparing and publishing timely weekly and monthly analysis of logistics, insourcing vs. outsourcing services within the allowed scope set by the Snacking Teams and Growth team taking into account the impact at local level.
Manage all external/internal product manipulations: quotation, negotiation, production, management and transportation.
Comakers management: selection, write and negotiate legal agreements and pricing, regular meetings, control and coordination, monitor provisioning. Ensure success model.
Follow up / coordinate projects: (value stream map, CAPEX, etc.).
Provide services (reporting) to Snacking team members towards information need it. Specially align with R&D to take project once product is launched; and Finance to meet cost objectives.
Follow up and monitor operations KPI (Costs, inventory levels, sales, Service level).
