EUR 9 million EU-funding secured for Norwegian Hydrogen's CONVEY Project at Port of Hirtshals 🚢🌱 Today we celebrate 🎉 that we and our partners have been awarded a EUR 9 million grant by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership for the development of an integrated green hydrogen value chain at the Port of Hirtshals, Denmark. What does this mean? 💡 We're tapping into the power from local wind turbines to produce green hydrogen, thereby initiating a wide range of emission cuts and energy efficiencies for several businesses and operations in the port. The project includes the construction of a 5 MW electrolyzer, a large-scale refueling station for heavy-duty transport, and distribution networks for hydrogen, oxygen, and waste heat to a diverse group of off-takers and partners.
