We’re very pleased to announce our Fierce Individual of the Week, Svenja Leymann! Svenja is a Senior Copywriter with our Berlin office and has been with RAPP for almost a year. On a sunny day, you can often catch her on the golf course, enjoying nature’s tranquility and practicing her concentration. She also enjoys exploring new cities and testing out new breakfast spots. Her favorite project she’s worked on at RAPP was a radio spot she recently wrote and produced for Mercedes-Benz. She enjoyed seeing the magic of an idea on paper coming to life in the studio—and complete creative freedom! Her favorite thing about the industry as a copywriter is how marketers find ways to relate work back to their own lives while leaving room for personal interpretation and experiences. And, of course, wordplay of all kinds! The most promising trend Svenja has seen this year is a “no bs” strategy, steering away from an ivory tower mindset regarding how brands represent themselves. For example, brands’ TikTok accounts with real people giving a look at the inside, putting individuality first, and making brands and products more relatable. Svenja is Fiercely Individual because she doesn’t take people, and their ideas and creativity for granted, rather striving for positivity, compassion, and an open door policy. “Never stop learning” is her motto and central to everything she does.
