What are the most effective ways to target customers who aren't searching for your product?
Most clients are not aware of the different solutions there might be to their problems, or they are not even aware of the fact that they need a solution. The first tip would be to identify those clients, target them, and then start asking questions to guide them and make them understand they are indeed in need of your solution to work better and more efficiently. Selling is not about convincing, it's about solving problems with what you are selling

Your sales team is struggling to find new leads. What are the best prospecting tools to help them?
In my experience, the most complete tool is LinkedIn. I work on different countries and no matter where my team has to look for new prospects, Linkedin always provides new leads. The sales navigator is a huge help, but also LinkedIn recruiter helps in finding the right functions and companies.
