The event was a fantastic opportunity to gather new insights and connect with railway industry leaders, experts, and innovators from around the world. Our highlights from the WPF:    🚆𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀!🚆  2023 has seen a significant surge in demand for rail travel. However, the excitement was accompanied by challenges, such as overcrowded trains, prolonged use of aging rolling stock, and technical issues leading to more delays. Instead of emerging as a smart alternative to car rides or short-haul flights, the rail customer experience has unfortunately declined in recent months.    💡 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽?💡  At the CEO keynote opening panel, this topic took center stage. LTG Link from Lithuania shared their success story: converting CO2 savings into points for future ride discounts. Their Green Loyalty initiative attracted 18% new customers and grew to 60,000 club members within a year. Imagine the potential impact in larger rail markets like Germany, France, the Nordics, the UK, or Spain!    ✨ 𝗟𝗣𝗦 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 ✨  Jochen Lehner’s presentation at the loyalty session and our team’s discussions at the LPS booth showcased the transformative power of loyalty programs.
