It’s a solution funded by the BMEL, designed to process large donations more efficiently and save more food. Together with Tafel Deutschland, we are creating sustainable processes for a better future. 💡 Our Role: With our IT project management expertise, we support the selection and implementation of the software. We have already successfully collaborated with Tafel Deutschland on the eco-platform, which offers digital solutions to simplify regional food rescue. We are now continuing this successful partnership with TafelConnect. Last week, I had the opportunity to moderate the AdEx Partners Onboarding Day for new employees together with Katinka Kusch and Carsten Kracht. Why is the Onboarding Day at AdEx Partners different from other consulting companies? ➡ The Content: It's not about frontal presentations but about interaction. We openly discuss our identity and strategy with the participants. This makes AdEx tangible for the new colleagues, and we "old hands" learn from their feedback and perspectives. ➡ The People: New colleagues joining AdEx already have professional experience. They have made a conscious decision to take the next step at AdEx and are therefore very clear in their expectations and wishes for their new employer. Every Onboarding Day is therefore also a learning journey for me and my colleagues. ➡ The Goal: We are not just looking for employees, but for people who want to shape AdEx together with us. The Onboarding Day is therefore always a kickoff for new colleagues to participate in further development. Donkey Emil is off! 🐴 Emil, one of schleich®’s iconic animal figures, urgently needed an automated master data management to be produced and distributed in time. AdEx Partners came to Emil's rescue – with the #MicrosoftPowerPlatform and an #AI engine to process master data automatically and in high quality via #SAP.
