COMPASS’ Letter of Determination (PDF) is the official document from the IRS that recognizes us as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

This annually reviewed policy (PDF) requires the members of our board of directors to disclose any potential conflicts of interest, and prohibits them from voting on any matter in which there is a conflict.
