You're leading a team through a major transition. What coaching tools will you use to keep them motivated?
Remember that leading transformation is difficult on the people leading the change. It can get tiring being the first one through the door, and being the collector of all the complaints. Make time to support each other and celebrate the small wins along the way. Focus on keeping a sense of humour.

You’re managing a team of data analysts. How can you ensure their work is accurate and effective?
Sharing the clear vision of what is being attempted to achieve, the goals and the measures, allow for data analysts to see the big picture. Then, let them ask as many questions as they want. Follow up those questions with curiousity as to how and why the answer relates to how they are thinking about things. Always come back to what the data is and isn’t being used for, and allow room for creativity. Leave them alone to think, analyze, innovate and play with the data, with some clear tests you have designed mutually. I also ask, how would you break or distort the intention with data to make sure we are being thorough and thoughtful in both our pursuit and application.

• Cancellation of community treatment orders;
• Patient competence to make treatment decisions;
