Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having our assistants joining us for an interactive morning focused on wellbeing. 🌟 We welcomed Bruno Bernardes, a specialist in biomechanics and physiology of the locomotor system, who shared valuable tips on finding a better balance through movement and posture, and Beatriz Thomaz, a nutritionist from ONG Banco de Alimentos, who provided excellent healthy food advice. After these great tips, we enjoyed a healthy lunch together. 🥗💆♀️ Thank you to all the assistants who joined us! Now, we're refreshed and ready to tackle the second semester with renewed energy! 💥🚀
