This year's Europe Conference brought significant insights and urgent takeaways from the challenging conditions we are currently facing in the pan-European real estate industry. We were thrilled to welcome our members to the recent Affordable Living Product Council meeting with Le Foyer Lakenois, taking place at the 'Modelwijk' or 'Cité Modèle' in the Brussels region. Exploring the neighbourhood designed in 1955 by Renaat Braem to create 1029 #socialhousing units, attendees gained valuable lessons from the past and aim to use the takeaways in the next Affordable Living Product Council event as guidance for the future. Thank you to all of our attendees for joining us and thank you to Christophe Pourtois, Director of the social housing company and the urban planning department of the Brussels Region, for hosting us. 🏢 What are Product Councils?
