Scott Bean was born in Winchester, Tennessee. He earned a high school diploma from Lincoln County High School. His career experience includes working as a contract negotiator and in business development.[1]

- Term Limits On Congress at State level. Lt. Governor needs to be elected by the people.
- Education reform. NO PRIVITIZATION of public schools. Back to basics for teaching.
- Tax reform. Repeal taxes on grocery. Stop giving tax breaks on the top corporations more than the work force.
