THE POSITION

The Calile has introduced a pivotal new position for an experienced Quality Manager. This role directly reports to the Director of Operations.

ABOUT YOU

In this role, you will ensure that our hotel operations meet and exceed established quality standards. You will oversee quality assurance processes, implement and coordinate quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with various departments to optimise guest satisfaction and operational efficiencies.

The key competencies and skills we are searching for are:

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel sector.
• Strong systems orientation with extensive knowledge of quality management standards and methodologies.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
• Demonstrated experience in training and supporting internal stakeholders.
• Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma) would be highly valued.
