I get asked a lot about whether LLMs are another false dawn of automation. There's a lot of "GPT wrapper" fatigue out there and I get it. That's why I'm so excited about how we've built what I believe to be the first AI Agent that completes a complex job, end-to-end at scale ✨ This required our team to ship a *lot* of product very quickly 🚢 - Multi-agent systems that can be instructed accurately - The ability for these systems to escalate to humans in the loop - The ability to provide these agents access to any external tooling - The ability for agents to plan and schedule future action - Dashboards for monitoring and managing the system - No-code platform that enables domain experts to coach the system I’m very proud of the impact we've made with SafetyCulture and, particularly, how the team has rallied to push our platform as deep as it needed to go to achieve this (really deep).
