Surreal moment this morning as THISBOWL was featured on the Today Show. Nathan Dalah joined the broadcast live from NYC to chat about the success 30 days into opening our first overseas location. FISHBOWL was founded in 2016 with a simple goal - change fast food, change the culture. Specialising in made to order salads with an Asian-inspired twist, we sought to become a platform that could empower people to make healthier decisions by turning salads into a lifestyle. We’re opening in New York. Once a dream and something we always wanted to do. Now a reality. The store build is underway and the pressure is on. Feels like we’re starting all over again and building from the bottom. This is exactly where we want to be, kids in the big Apple, keen to take a bite.
