We are turning 125 years young on Monday 15 July!   Our story of becoming The Great Australian Food Company began in 1899 when local dairy farmers in the Bega valley came together and formed the Bega Co-Operative Creamery Company. Now 125 years later, the Bega Group is an umbrella organisation contributing to the shape and the future of Australian food and agriculture. Last week a dedicated team of Bega Group volunteered at Foodbank Victoria and packed the equivalent of 28,286 meals for Victorians doing it tough. During National Families Week, we continued our ongoing commitment to 'Supporting Working Families', a key pillar of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy. We collaborated with McAuley Community Services for Women to host an informative webinar aimed at creating awareness and educating our team members about family and domestic violence. With this initiative, we strive to support our team members in fostering safer environments at work and at home.
