Nothing was too much, I initially made a mistake in our booking, long story short we were upgraded free of charge. Rooms very clean and tidy. Definitely be back.

Location it’s good. Size good. Kitchen good. Cleanliness, not so good. There was long black hair throughout the apartment, the place just felt dirty and like that carpets needed a good vacuum.

Great location, friendly helpful staff- good apartment but in need of a little before- also family of 4 staying 4 nights- no garbage bag apart from in the bin, 1 dishwasher sachet, 1 laundry sachet - honestly cutting back on essentials is not good considering the price. Small basics need to be done better

The location was amazing we were close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The staff who checked us in were polite and friendly and the secure off street parking was a bonus. However the noise from the road was relentless keeping us awake for much of the night. Whilst our room was comfortable we did find 2 socks (not ours) one in a bedroom and the other in the lounge area. Our biggest issue was the lack of hot water - showers were lukewarm at best. Putting these criticisms aside it was a good stay for those after the hustle and bustle of Broadbeach and close proximity to the theme parks.

I was visiting to see family and travelling alone. Have stayed in many other hotels/apartments locally this was right up there in both quality and value for money - especially for a lone a traveler (see later comment).
