Great location, room but construction work next door LOUD

We checked into the accomodation unaware that major construction work was happening beside our unit. The noise from the workmen until after 11pm at night and recommencing at 0400 am was intolerable, especially with a young anxious child. The unit was lovely and met our needs however we checked out early due to lack of sleep, privacy and noise from construction next door. After hours reception unable to help us and regular reception hours not available until after 9 am. We sent a complaint email 6 days ago with no response as of yet .... very poor!
