The 2 bedroom ocean view apartment was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of space and the proximity to Pacific Fair, the beach and mall was amazing.

Hotel was in a good location but the decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Carpeted several holes and was stained. Several stains on couches etc. everything was adequately clean just in need of a refresh.

Staff on the service desk for ckin on 30th June were both super friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Overall experience very good and pleasant stay. Pools and gym were good, indoor pool and spa not overly warm on a couple of days though . Sorry to say though the steam room was quite dirty and didn’t smell clean. Spa floor too was quite dirty. Room was good and offered all that we needed. One of the dining chairs was quite “wobbly” - think that the back was loose. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Location was great right next to tram and bus station. Pacific fair shopping mall is just couple minutes away.
