It was a pleasant stay. The room was large and comfortable with great beds and shower. However, it was a bit on the dull and basic side. The staff were brilliant but the food was expensive and with what we tried very poor and tasteless for a Mercure hotel. Similarly the buffet breakfast was uninspiring. As for location, if you are into golf it would be perfect. However, most of the other attractions of the Gold Coast were a fair distance

If you are looking for great location not in CBD , quiet and have lot of parking... here is the place. Good bar to have some drink, very nice swimming pool with hot pool for winter season. Room is spacious and comfortable. Its been a while that I can sleep until 0900 but... this place really give me that

We were very happy with our stay, every staff member that we dealt with was amazing starting with the reception, thru to the cleaning staff and everyone else. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Special mention to Michelle who served us in the restaurant and again for the breakfast buffet. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make us comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff really did make our stay so much better.
