Great clean hotel, staff were friendly and accommodating. 1 of 4 lifts was not working at the time that they had a huge function on for a week and it was impossible to get from one level to another with no accessible staircase. Some issues with our room and having our cards stop working and internet turned off in the middle of our stay and having to chase issues up. Unfortunately, a very simple request to help with heating up a child's meal fell upon deaf ears, which was disappointing.

From check in to check out we had a positive experience. Staff were helpful & friendly. Room was clean & well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and we really enjoyed the barista made coffee each morning. Location is fantastic, close to many restaurants, cafes & bars and supermarket for everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

Accor free night. Did not request an upgrade so was surprised to be asked to pay for the free night. Nevertheless, the upgraded room was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Buffet breakfast was very delicious. The heated pool was great given its winter. Friendly staff at the concierge desk. Great view from our room. Very centrally located property close to all restaurants and a woolies. Only downside they advertised hot water bottles and apparently the hotel must only have 1 because when we tried to get 2 we were told by a return phone call from housekeeping it was already out on loan!!

Bed was comfortable, views were good, sadly was noisy when you opened the balcony door, Tv was average for viewing, fridge wasn't very cold, bathroom facilities were great, spa and pool were excellent, shopping facilities were close and easily accessible, had to go out for a meal at night time as the room service didn't have a simple meals.
