I’m all for convenience, which is why I chose this hotel at the airport instead of trekking early in the morning from my nice hotel in the city. I totally understand airport hotels are not typically luxury, but this one is more reminiscent of a college dorm or a youth hostel. it reeks of cheapness but at €175 for a twin bed for one person, it seems outrageously priced for what you get. Thankfully, I’m only here for nine hours. Bigger issue is they have no luggage carts. So if you have more than a piece or two of luggage, you will have to walk to the airport about 5-10 minutes and pay for a luggage cart and then bring it back to your room. Otherwise, you will have no way to get your luggage to the airport. And no, they do not have Bellman. Not even close.

Please be informed, as we are a 3 star hotel, we do not have bellman service, but our reception team is gladly at your service 24/7, if you have any question or request. Budapest Airport operates a free shuttle service between the terminal building and the hotel in every 10 minutes (back and forth), from 8 AM till midnight or we can organize a taxi for you any time. In the hotel parking lot, there are luggage carts (belongs to the airport), you can pick one any time for free. Sorry for the inconveniences. We hope to welcome you back to our hotel very soon! Closet hotel to the Budapest airport terminal

Pleasantly surprised by how close this hotel was to the airport. You don’t hear any plane noise. Hotel is modern and hip. Funky paper airplane theme. Room was ample size and appointed. The restaurant was more than expected. Extensive menu and friendly staff. The walk to terminal is covered and landscaped-4 minutes. Highly recommend staying here if you have a early flight.

Very unhappy with the hotel's policy. after paying for the hotel room, I wanted to leave the car key at the reception for my colleague who was going to arrive at the hotel in just two hours. The hotel receptionist told me that she does not do this because she is not paid to do this service by the hotel. I will definitely never make a reservation at this hotel again in my life.

I personally looked into your situation, to see what happened, so let me respond to you. Before all, let me say I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We feel, you left a comment about us that made us stand out in a negative light, which we feel is very incorrect. We don't feel correct that you have requested a service from my colleague, what we do not have, never offered, then when she had to refuse this, you warned her several times and because she still refused of a not available service- you are rating us low. You also wanted to leave a car key in someone else's room, which is not possible according to local regulations. In any hotel rooms in the country, only the person may stay, who had previously checked in with a passport scanned. Perfect stop after a long flight

I stayed here for one night after a transatlantic flight. The hotel was easy to access from the airport, about a 5 minute walk and even has a luggage cart drop off outside. Rooms are fine, not overly big but nice comfy bed. The hotel breakfast was great, much better than I'm used to! I'd stay again.
