We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was spotless and well equipped and the location was perfect for Hyde Park concerts and easy access to the city. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were great with Sophia on the front desk being particularly helpful and cheerful.

Stayed one night as part of a packaged event in Hyde Park Not a hotel i would have normally chosen The room was extremely compact But was clean and adequately equipped Some free mini bar items included which was good However I have to say that all of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and professional The girls on the Front Desk were excellent The breakfast room was very busy but despite this it all ran so smoothly Once again with happy courteous staff 10/10 for Service all round Well Done !

Cockroaches and terrible customer service - avoid at all costs

Avoid this hotel at all cost. We booked to stay for a special night away. We returned to our room to watch 2 cockroaches scuttle under the door into our room. We managed to squash one but the other escaped before we had opened the door and turned the light on. The staff response was shocking. They admitted they knew there was an infestation, told us they had no room they could move us too and only after some pressure helped us find alternative accommodation as it was 2am. When they did, they expected 2 females to walk alone to the new hotel with our bags at 2am in the pouring rain. I have now been chasing the refund they promised for over a month, having only received a small amount of the total they agreed to refund me, so I am still out of pocket from having to pay for two hotel rooms. Terrible experience and customer service. @mercure @mercurelondonhydepark @londontowngroup

Sleepy hotel on a cute street near Paddington. While the staff was pleasant and the hotel clean, it was overall a mediocre experience. Hotel was worn and rooms, showers were cramped. Completely fine for a night or two, for one person - but it would have been uncomfortable with another person. Appreciated the little gym, and the attached cafe for a selection of hot breakfast choices.

What a little gem of a hotel. Very quiet location but very close to Paddington station. The rooms are smaller than we are used to but spotlessly clean. We had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Would definetly stay here again. Excellent value for money and will be recommending to our friends and family.
