The trip was good overall, check in was quick and easy with a friendly receptionist. Room was clean could do with more milks for coffee and maybe nicer coffee sachets in room. Roof terrace hired out for the evening which was a disappointment and no notification of this. Breakfast undercooked egg and other eggs just sitting so not good, bacon rock hard, breakfast was not relaxing a guest talking loudly on the phone standing by window by our table, this is not hotel's fault but maybe some etiquette notice as this was really annoying when you are trying to eat breakfast, maybe need to choose times for breakfast as was rather chaotic. We used pool facilities which were clean and nice. Hotel is in a convenient location.

Phenomenal stay, couldn’t recommend a better hotel.

I would just like to personally thank every staff member possible at this hotel because it is honestly the best and only hotel i will ever stay at in london. I’ve been staying myself since 2022 and everytime i feel more and more at home, it is honestly like a home away from home. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and easy to get along with. The spa if phenomenal and the view from the breakfast bar and sky bar is honestly jaw dropping. I couldn’t recommend a better hotel ever and will be returning for many more business and recreation trips. Big thank you to Jacqui and the team for always looking after me, but a special big thank you to Jacqui for everything you do. I would rate it a 11/10 if i was able to.

Definitely Lacks the Personal Touch

My wife and I stayed here for two nights including on our wedding nice. We stayed in a suite that was about £500 a night. It was nice though a little worn. The think that bothered up was the hotel could not have cared less we were staying here for our wedding night which was disappointing particularly given how expensive the room was. We'd mentioned it when we booked, and even a welcome note would have been nice. They also wanted to charge us £2.50 each to borrow a champagne glass which was a bit cheap of them under the circumstances. Additionally they asked my wife for feedback a week after our stay, which they didn't bother replying to either. So yes the room was nice, but I wouldn't go back because they clearly don't care that much about their customers, or responding to feedback.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. I am sorry that you felt we didn't care, we always try to make our guests feel special especially when they are celebrating a special occasion. The feedback request is done automatically from a system and this normally happens a few days after the stay and then a reminder is sent a few days later, I am sorry that this did not happen. The tray charge of £5.00 is quite standard in most properties when you request something to be delivered to your room or for in room dining. Our guests are always welcome to visit the bar to borrow glassware, cutlery etc. I am sorry once again we did not recognise your special occasion, this really is not like us :(. I enjoyed 11 nights at this hotel and I must say that this was one of the most enjoyable place where I stayed so far. The room was clean and spacious. The cleaning staff made sure of the first part. Speaking of the staff, they were great throughout the stay especially Ms. Alina and Ms. Rebeka, from the 37th floor. They helped elevate the breakfast experience each morning and were very attentive. I would definitely consider staying here again.
