Stayed here for a show at the O2. Very short walk to East India station on the DLR then change to the underground at Canning Town so very easy and fairly quick to get back afterwards. Great helpful staff, nice breakfast and quiet location. Would stay here again when visiting the o2

Parking Scam!!!

I arrived at the hotel and paid for parking yet today I have received a parking fine for £100, I cannot get through to anyone in reception to speak to about this and my emails are being ignored. The hotel has passed this onto one of those cowboy parking companies so there is no way of contacting them either!!

Fantastic hotel with very clean room and friendly staff who cannot help you enough. This is a superb hotel to stay in when visiting Canary Wharf. The location is ideal for the tube trains and bus service, O2 Arena just one 5 minute stop away. This is the second time we have stayed there and is now our go to hotel when visiting the Capital. Car Parking has disabled bays and are competivley priced.

A little disappointing

For the price and location, I would have a expected a bit higher standard. Nothing to complain about really, everything was.... ok. I had expected a little more than ok. The building is a bit worn, the stairs could use some freshening up, etc.

Waste of money, not as advertised

Booked this hotel because it specifically states the rooms have air con. Yes, they have the units but the DO NOT cool only heat. I asked for a fan and was met with a blank look. Told them air con didn’t work, nothing done about it but did eventually get a fan. Didn’t feel particularly safe as a woman on my own as anyone can just walk in off the street and get onto any floor. Staff were more interested in their mobile phones than providing any real form of service or politeness. They really need to stop advertising that they have air con as they do not!
