Great stay and wonderful service

First time staying at a Novotel. I am titanium on Marriot but decided to try a new hotel. This is a n exceptional hotel with excellent service. We just spent 6 nights there and want to personally thank Gaitri from the front desk for going out of her way to make our stay special. The food at the hotel was good and location was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with their family..

Stated at Novotel London Bridge for 3 nights. Hotel is very welcoming, nicely presented with great bar area and reception. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Great breakfast choices. We had a family room and it was comfortable, very clean. Towels changed daily. Room cleaned daily. 5 stars!! The hotel is near Borough Market, which we visited and was fabulous! Personally, in London I prefer a hotel on the Strand to be nearer theatres, but I still give this hotel 5 stars. To walk to The London Eye is about 1hr. The tube station is a normal pace 10min walk away.

Loved this hotel, it was great from check- in to check out. Service was exceptional and room was great for traveling with teen boys. We had very active days in London, but felt so comfortable every day at this hotel. We will definitely stay here again and think several hotels should take a look at how these young people provide service to visitors and try to model their top notch service. Great job Novotel London Bridge workers! You were all wonderful!

No respect to customer issue

I like the hotel and its location. However, I am highly disappointed with the service they provide and seriousness to fix customer complaints. We did 4 nights and the first room which was assigned to us had issues with the electrical plugs. Only one plug and one USB was working. For family of 4 that’s not enough to charge all our devices. On top of that the coffee machine wasn’t working. A maintenance person came but he didn’t fix the issue fully. I had to call again and again then they decided to change the room. On the second room the phone isn’t working, coffee machine was dead. I reported the same but the issues weren’t fixed through out our stay. I wouldn’t stay on this hotel again. We are paying crazy money to stay in London hotel and experience degraded service which is really sad. The room should function 100% and based on my experience they don’t even do quality check of the rooms.

This Novotel is an excellent example of a Novotel Hotel, staff are very helpful, ambiance in the lobby is warm, good location on the south side and a very enjoyable stay. I recommend this hotel, in addition the guest rooms have a coffee machine which is a bonus.
