Great hotel, quiet, fab location, pleasant helpful staff. We spent 3 nights there and it was during the Wimbledon finals plus the football final and it was still quiet at night. The beds are very comfy and plenty of electric sockets. It's a small criticism but being a women and who as poor eyesight the bathroom mirror is rubbish for put on your eye makeup and there is no mirror in the room otherwise it would have been 5 stars. The people are so fun and very nice, they remember you and your room + name. Never saw anyone that nice ! I love the people who work here ! I would like to come back whenever I have the time and feel like the workers are my friends. The restaurant is very good too ! People very nice to! I was really surprised by the nice comportement of the workers, always happy and smiling. They are here to help me anytime. Yummy food! Beautiful rooms and very well placed !!! Thank you so much for everything

Good pizza, great location, homely atmosphere

Khan was my waiter, and I had a fantastic chat with him about London and people and pizza, and he most certainly made me feel at home and comfortable. Prices are competitive, the food is well prepared and delicious, amply portioned, and the overall vibe and atmosphere are top notch. Wonderful Tower area sanctuary.

Bathroom for exhibitionists

We paid over 200 quid for this place, which might be par for the course in London but I'm old fashioned and still actually expect something for my money. Main problem was the room. I've never seen such a stupidly impractical setup. The sink is IN THE ROOM - there is no separate bathroom. The toilet door has no soundproofing so anyone else in the room can hear exactly what you're up to. And the shower has a GLASS PANEL giving whoever's in the bedroom a front row view of you having a shower. Maybe I missed the bit that described this place as a swingers' hotel because I can't think of any other explanation. Other niggles were horrible sweaty POLYESTER bedding (200 quid a night remember!), no biscuits, and the bare minimum (in fact nowhere near enough) of tea and milk. Absolute rip-off. Avoid.

Nice hotel. Good location and good connection to underground station. We stayed here with 2 kids for 3 days. Very friendly, good breakfast. Friendly staff, especially Khan. We can highly recommend the hotel and the Keeper’s restaurant for families!
