The Trail Blazers named MLSE VP/Brand & Commercial Strategy GALEN DAVIES EVP & CRO. Additionally, the team promoted VP/Premium & Interim VP/Commercial Partnership LAURA FLYNN to SVP/Commercial Partnerships (Trail Blazers).

Western Collegiate Hockey Association Commissioner TRACY DILL has announced that he will step down “for personal reasons.” Dill joined the WCHA office in July 2022 and served as the conference’s interim commissioner the past two seasons (BEMIDJI PIONEER, 6/28).

Puma named ERIK JANSHEN VP/Direct-to-Consumer. Janshen most recently served as SVP/Digital Sales for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein at PVH Corp. He replaces KARTHIK BALAGOPALAN, who was appointed as Managing Dir of Puma India last year (Puma).

Learfield promoted GM CALEB SWANN to VP/Sports Properties Strategy (SBJ).

SeventySix Capital named CARLOS SILVA Partner & President of its SeventySix Capital Sports Advisory agency. Silva’s background includes executive roles at SeventySix Capital’s portfolio company C360, NBCUniversal Sports Network, World TeamTennis, Park Lane, the Professional Fighters League, Barrett-Jackson and AOL Time Warner (Chris Smith, SBJ).

The Mid-American Conference named Toledo Assistant Dir/Athletic Communications RACHEL RUSNAK Dir/Communications. Rusnak will begin the role on July 8 (MAC).
