Gathering Place wanted a student to represent the park as a goodwill ambassador. They found Ariana Reagor, a Union student who loves to read, always has a smile and has an infectious way about her.

The Gathering Place Boathouse is a place where families can take a spin on Peggy's Pond or dine on a deck overlooking the park. It's also expected to be "selfie central."

Farmers in the Bavarian Alps transformed trees in the Black Forest into incredible structures that you will notice standing tall at Gathering Place.

Long before crews broke ground on Gathering Place, work had already started to document the process. 

On any given day, thousands of people will be in the park. In preparing for park security Gathering Place plans for worst, but hopes for the best.

Leading the Gathering Place is the park's director, who comes with experience from theme parks in Orlando, Florida.
