The UK goes to the polls tomorrow for its first general election in almost five years and it looks as if current prime minister Rishi Sunak’s Conservative Party is going to be punished for failing to deliver after 14 years in power.

After a chaotic Brexit campaign, mishandling of the Covid pandemic (complete with “Partygate”) the results might be what Labour leader Keir Starmer has long been hoping for.
