Laois made it two wins from two in the Leinster U-20FC
Three late pointed frees handed Laois a deserved victory over a battling Wexford side in this Leinster U-20FC second-round game at Enniscorthy.
After the sides exchanged early points through Cormac Murphy for the visitors and home goalkeeper Willie Murphy, with a 40-metre free, Laois got the crucial breakthrough at the end of the opening quarter – a superb individual goal from Cathal Lee giving them a 1-1 to 0-1 lead.
