Remember last summer’s heatwaves?

At times, Greece, Spain and Italy broiled in temperatures in the 40s. There were wildfires. Thousands of Irish people were affected and we wondered whether it might prompt a swap of hotspots for ‘cool-cations’, or summer months for shoulder season.
