When “city girl” Caitriona Considine moved to a farm on the remote coast of Clare, she wasn’t sure what direction her career was going to take.

After commuting to Galway for work for a couple of years after the move, she decided to “leave the corporate world behind” and build a business with her husband Kevin on their 100ac beef and suckler farm.
