Home Economics: We’re selling up because our neighbours are intolerable. Do we have to tell the estate agent how bad they are?

We are putting our house up for sale. One of the key reasons for this is that our neighbours have become intolerable. They were fine until two years ago when one of their children returned home with his girlfriend and the pair of them are a nuisance.
