Last week we learned that eating more food earlier in the day can be a healthy choice. Eating more throughout the day will help you in your quest for a healthy diet. I outlined the constituents of a healthy breakfast as well as what and how much to eat.

This week, we will look at other strategies and I will outline the ingredients of a healthy lunch. For many, reducing over-eating at night can be a challenging cycle to break. What are the strategies to better manage night-time eating?
