In the last article of the series, I thought it would be appropriate to tackle the issue of snacking head on. Snacking at night is a challenge for many of us.

Interestingly, snacking is a new concept. The older generation snack less than the younger generation. It’s ok to snack, but is it necessary? Are you hungry? Is the next meal soon? Are you just eating because you’re bored?
