An outright ban on the sale of disposable vapes will be included in a series of new laws to be brought forward by Health Minister Stephen Donnelly, it has emerged.

During the next Dáil term, which begins in the autumn, there will be an accelerated drive to protect children’s health and prevent them becoming hooked on nicotine products.
